GeorgePROUD MD FRCSDied peacefully on 16 April 2026, aged 82. Much loved husband of Janet, greatly missed father of Kathryn and Stuart and adored Grandfather of Nicole. Surgeon, priest, but above all a true family man.

Funeral service at St James Church, Riding Mill at 10:30am on Friday 1 May and afterwards at Riding Mill Parish Hall.

Private cremation after the funeral.

Family flowers only. Donations to Diabetes UK and St James Church.
